Coming to America with goals and ambition, Mr. Bhakta remarkably managed to build assets worth millions through hard work and dedication.
More Information »Originally serving as Director of Sales at one of our Nashville properties, Katie was brought on to the corporate team to serve as Regional Director of Sales in October 2017. She was further promoted to Vice President of Sales in April 2022, then President of Sales and Revenue Management in June 2023, and now she has taken up the mantle of President as of January 2024. Katie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Trine University.
More Information »Caitlin originally joined Triumph as a General Manager in March of 2021 and, due to her stellar performance and leadership, was promoted to her next role as Regional Director of Operations in late 2022. In early 2024 she stepped up to serve as the opening General Manager for our new boutique hotel Motif on Music Row. She has a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and is approaching ten years of experience in the industry. She is drawn to Hospitality by her desire to make positive change in her environment, and this shows in the level of service she upholds.

She has a Bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University and a wealth of experience in the industry and the private sector. She has a passion for creating positive experiences for guests and clients to encourage long-lasting partnerships. She is originally from the southside of Chicago and loves to travel with her dogs!
More Information »Jaz joined the team as a Multi-Property Sales Manager in December 2022. She is a U.S. Army Veteran and received an Associate's in Human Resource Management from Daymar College (now known as Hussian College) in Clarksville, Tennessee. She has previous experience as both a General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the Nashville area, which gave her the expert insight into the market that she now employs from the Sales side of the industry.
