Originally serving as both President and CEO, in January 2024 Andy shifted focus to development and expansion. He has a master's in Accountancy and Finance from Belmont University, and is passionate about the hospitality industry and achieving successful and profitable performance. His dream is to leave everlasting impressions on each and every guest through positive customer engagement. Strong proponent of T.E.A.M. work throughout the operations of all hotels.

Coming to America with goals and ambition, Mr. Bhakta remarkably managed to build assets worth millions through hard work and dedication.
More Information »With over 36 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Steve is a highly respected professional known for his expertise in multiple P&L’s, culinary, catering sales, hotel and venue operations, restaurant leadership, purchasing strategies, accounting, and human resources. He joined the team in July 2025. Steve enjoys spending his free time with his wife and beloved fur-babies.

After showing stellar performance, teamwork, and a drive to continuously improve, she was promoted to Regional Director of Sales on our Triumph Corporate team in September 2025. Clarissa has 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing leadership, and a wealth of knowledge across multiple hotel brands.
