July 16, 2025 – Anan “Andy” Bhakta, Founder of Triumph Hospitality & SiLa Developments, kicked off the groundbreaking celebration; “It is truly an honor to stand before you today as we break ground on something that means far more than bricks, steel, and blueprints. Today, we mark the beginning of a new chapter–a 190-room Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton, right here in Century Farms, Antioch, Tennessee.”

The Hampton Inn corridor will feature 98 rooms and the Home2 Suites corridor will feature 92 spacious extended stay suites. The shared common areas of this dual branded hotel will offer a self serve tap wall, private meeting space, an indoor pool, fitness center, guest laundry, free wifi, free parking, and Hilton’s beloved complimentary hot breakfast. Hilton representatives Frank McFadden and Steven Smith were present for the groundbreaking celebrations. The hotel is expected to open in the Fall of 2026.

The hotel is owned by partners Rajendra Bhakta, Nick Patel, and Nish Jobalia. Construction will be managed by SiLa Developments. Hampton Inn Home2 Suites will be managed by Triumph Hospitality Management LLC. Triumph Hospitality managed numerous hotels in Middle Tennessee, including the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Southeast Antioch, directly on the other side of I-24 from this new project. Triumph provides services to help hotel owners with daily operations, sales, revenue management, marketing, and accounting. Inquiries for management services can be sent to [email protected].

Hampton Inn Home 2 Suites is part of the larger Century Farms development in Antioch. This project has been in development for over a decade and brings a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options to the Antioch Community. David Young with Oldacre McDonald, LLC spoke during the ceremony and shared his excitement about seeing this long time dream come to life.

Councilwoman Joy Styles commended Andy and the Triumph team for their longstanding commitment to the Antioch community. Joy continues to advocate for Antioch and is thrilled to welcome the hotel which will provide jobs for residents and exceptional accommodations for visitors. The Nashville Chamber of Commerce team was also present to kick off the project.

Andy Bhakta closed the ceremony; “I’ve been blessed to be a part of this community since 2012. From the days of our very first Century Farms neighborhood cleanup, to the rise and fall of Hickory Hollow Mall, to the many Easter egg hunts and backpack giveaways at Southeast Community Day—I’ve had the privilege of watching Antioch grow, change, and persevere. It’s here in Antioch that I’ve learned everything I know about leadership. This community taught me resilience. It taught me the importance of showing up. And it showed me that when good people come together with love for their neighborhood, anything is possible.”

The Century Farms Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites development is being financed through a construction loan provided by Mountain Commerce Bank and a C-PACE financing round supplied by Nuveen Green Capital. This marks one of the first ground-up C-PACE development financings completed in the State of Tennessee. All financing was arranged by Daniel Kowalsky of HKS Real Estate Advisors.
