Our corporate team is based in Nashville, TN allowing us to take a "boots on the ground" approach with our hotels. Our property-level teams are passionate about delivering superior guest service, retaining and developing team members and continually analyzing key factors that measure bottom line performance.
We believe in investing heavily in our sales team and ensuring that each hotel has a proactive sales presence in the market. Our experienced sales team understand the needs to balance corporate, group, contract, and transient segments to meet an overall hotel revenue target. We leverage long standing relationship with brand account managers, major corporations, local chambers, and hospitality associations to keep our hotel front and center. We provide coaching to on property team members and stress the importance of an "everybody sells" philosophe.
Our consistently proactive revenue management team focuses on identifying trends early in the cycle to maximize RevPAR growth opportunities for all properties. We have certified revenue managers on our team, and we strongly encourage participation in branded revenue management services. Our long standing history in the Middle Tennessee area gives us a wealth of knowledge about seasonality and demand generators.
We understand that bringing in revenue is just the first step. The key to a successful hotel operation is the ability to transfer top line revenue to the bottom line. We offer full accounting, bill pay, and payroll services for our hotels using best in class software. Our executive team coaches onsite managers in procurement, labor management, and other cost saving measures.
Triumph Hospitality has successfully navigated many hotels through full renovations. Our first undertaking as a company was to completely renovate and rebrand the former Holiday Inn to a modern Holiday Inn Express & Suites in 2025. We have now come full circle with that property wrapping up another full renovation to meet IHG standards in 2024. Our team understands the burden that renovations can bring to team members and guests, we are skilled at minimizing disruption and maintaining exceptional service levels during renovation.
