Audrey Plauche

Audrey joined the Triumph team in 2014, bringing 13 years of customer service experience, as well as 8 years of management experience, to the table. As the Regional Support Specialist and Human Resources Director for our Louisiana hotels, Audrey is responsible for providing hands-on administrative guidance to the Triumph team, and she serves in a leadership role for many campaigns and initiatives.

Audrey began her career in the medical field, as a certified medical assistant, and her organization skills and attention to detail helped her excel in this role. She then transitioned to a book keeping and office management position with Unified Construction, where she built a solid understanding of the multi-faceted office operations that are integral to the smooth running of a property development business.

Audrey enjoys the public relations aspect of the hospitality industry and utilizes that same relationship-building mindset in her interaction with employees. She is passionate about maintaining a stellar company culture behind the scenes and providing the Triumph team with the tools and support they need to leave our guests with positive and meaningful experiences and impressions. Her industry knowledge, ability to problem solve, positive outlook, and systematization talents have contributed to Audrey’s success as a point person to whom other team members look for administrative support, team building direction and special project leadership.
