Neil N. Patel

Neil Patel, son of Navnit Patel and partner of Triumph Investment Group, LLC began his career in his family’s real estate business after attending Louisiana State University.  Mr. Patel has acquired his ambition to be a successful developer and construction manager from his father’s business influence at an early age. 

Mr. Patel graduated in Marketing from Louisiana State University in 2000 and commenced management training with the Starwood Hotel brand, Sheraton Hotel Property in Atlanta, Georgia.  He managed a 467-unit property for approximately one year.  Here he gained knowledge and experience of the management segment of the hotel industry.  Mr. Patel then transferred to another Sheraton Hotel location in Atlanta consisting of approximately 800 units and worked for another year and a half. 

After gaining sufficient experience in Atlanta, Mr. Patel moved to Denham Springs, Louisiana to work for his father for a couple of years.  He managed the Days Inn Property for nearly 2 years with success.  Mr. Patel managed to bring an increase in revenue sales through successful management skills and tactical marketing decisions.  Mr. Patel’s father acknowledged the successful transformation of the Days Inn business and agreed to let his son venture on to other real estate business acquisitions.

In 2003, Mr. Patel formed an entity called Triumph Investment Group, LLC.  He then found a successful business deal in Bossier City, Louisiana.  He moved to Bossier City to purchase a 118 unit Shoney’s Inn property for real estate investment.  Mr. Patel profitably completed renovation to the older property and increased revenue figures successfully with the appointed manager. 

Mr. Patel’s thriving passion for more real estate possession allowed him to endeavor in a different business approach to third party management.  He moved to Houston, Texas to purchase 4 business property contracts for third party management.  Successfully, Mr. Patel retrained the managers in the properties and established a management and marketing method technique that permitted each property to reposition with higher net revenue figures.

In 2004, Mr. Patel and company were involved in acquiring land for future development in Covington and Walker, Louisiana.  Mr. Patel then planned on to attain a contracting license to learn the construction phase of the hotel industry.  He purchased land in Denham Springs for future development.

In 2006, Mr. Patel merged with his partner in Tennessee, Mr. Ray Bhakta.   Together Mr. Patel and Mr. Bhakta formed a strong partnership within their construction company known as Ram Construction.   Mr. Patel obtained a license for General Contractor for the State of Louisiana for Ram Construction.  Later in 2006, Ram Construction commenced construction on Hampton Inn in Denham Springs, LA which opened in November 2007.  In March of 2008, groundwork for the Staybridge Suites in Covington, LA began and by August 2008 the construction started.  The hotel opened in September 2009.  
In 2010, Mr. Patel participated in constructing Hampton Inn in Monticello, AR and LaQuinta Inn & Suites in Conway, AR.  During construction of these two properties, Mr. Patel managed to form another company called CCR Fire Protection which designs, installs, services and inspects fire protection devices in commercial buildings by Federal Regulations.

In 2011, Mr. Patel commenced construction for a state job of Tickfaw State Park in Albany, LA.  Fairview Riverside State Park-Comfort Station was another state job he constructed in 2012.  Aside commercial development, Mr. Patel constructs 3 residential homes for families from 2012 through 2014.

In 2015, Mr. Patel began constructing two commercial projects and two residential projects.  One of the commercial properties will be a 63-unit Best Western Plus Hotel in Walker, Louisiana.  The construction is scheduled to finish by March 2016.  Mr. Patel has also begun construction on an Assisted Living in Denham Springs, Louisiana.  This assisted living will be known as Maison de Fleur Assisted Living.  Construction of this facility will end sometime in September 2016.  In addition, Mr. Patel is undergoing a design phase for another Assisted Living and Retirement Community, which will be located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  This will be scheduled to commence construction in December 2016.  Also, Mr. Patel is moving forward to begin construction on an 82-unit Best Western Residency in Gonzales, LA starting April 2016.

Mr. Patel continues to expand his company’s portfolio of real estate properties in the Southeastern market.  With his profitable business deals, Mr. Patel anticipates a successful future for his company.
